About Antics

Our mission

Making every child seen, included, and excited to play.

Our goal is simple: create meaningful, engaging experiences where children feel safe to explore, create and connect, without pressure or performance.

We are not therapy, tutoring, or babysitting. We are guided, intentional play, designed with care.

We design personalised, play-based sessions for children ages 4–18, with a special focus on neurodivergent youth and those who benefit from flexible, inclusive environments.

Fully first aid trained

Every play guide has completed Canadian Red Cross first aid training, so families can trust that each activity is supported by someone who knows how to respond.

Passionate about inclusivity

We meet children where they are, adapting activities to each child’s strengths, interests and comfort levels, environments where they feel valued and free to explore without judgment.

Experienced play guides

Our team is skilled at observing needs in the moment, problem-solving, and adjusting activities to remove barriers so every child can take part fully and confidently.

Growth, learning and skill-building happen naturally through joy and creative play, not pressure or expectation. Every session is intentional and affirming.

Every member of the Antics team shares a deep commitment to inclusive, child-led play. They meet children where they are, adapt activities on the spot when barriers arise, and make sure every child feels seen, included and celebrated.

Whether leading a messy arts and crafts session, guiding an adapted movement game, exploring the layers of cupcake making, or putting on a bus driver hat for a game of role play, our team brings patience, creativity and heart to every in-home experience.
